Steve Williams and I had a great day out at St Michaels primary school in Stone on Tuesday. Over 100 children were coached in 4 sessions throughout the day as part of the schools experience of sports participating in Brazil this summer, of which hockey is one, of course.
The children were really enthusiastic and put a lot of effort into the ball skills coaching led by Steve. The weather wasn`t brilliant but the children did not seem to mind.
It was a really good day and something we will try and build on.
