All of our Senior Hockey training sessions take place on either a Tuesday or Wednesday and hope that we have something for everyone.
Men's & Ladies Club Training is open to all members (and non-members for limited time) to come down and join in whether that be to keep active and fit during the week, to socialise in a fun & friendly environment or even if you are looking to become the next Sam Ward or Alex Danson.
Men's Transition Training (NEW for 2021/22) is a new intermediary session to allow our 2s/3s players to train at a suitable level to give stretch and challenge whilst providing an environment for our promising young players to transition into before making the step up to Performance Training.
Men's & Ladies Performance Training is invitation only, but we would ask that those who feel this would be the best session for them to progress, to discuss their attendance with the Mens & Ladies Captains or relevant Head Coach of the session.
